This is a 30-minute free personal life coaching consultation, a time to see if this feels like a good fit and go over your intake form. It is an opportunity for you to share your dreams, your goals, and what you desire from our session(s).

Integrated Attachment Theory Coaching

60 minutes - Sliding Scale $125-150

The goal of a life coaching session is to assist you through a decision, life transition, or achieving a goal. It is a safer space to explore whatever it is that you’re telling yourself “I can’t because...” YOUR DREAMS ARE ACHIEVABLE!

Your session is completely individualized based on your goals. I often open a session by lighting a candle, possibly offering a short guided meditation, ask questions, then help guide and assist you through what you are working through.

6 Sessions - $525

You'll receive six 1-hour sessions to assist you in reaching your goals. These sessions can either be held online, over the phone, or in person at my studio located in Spokane, WA. 

Your coaching package will include a personalized guided meditation that you can download.

You gain access to "clients only" content, including downloadable meditations, worksheets, and more. Plus, simple online appointment booking, and optional text/email reminders.

You qualify for a "pay in full discount," or set up an easy payment plan.

Client discounts to other offerings and events.

You receive additional one-hour personal life coaching sessions, as needed, at a discounted rate.

12 Sessions - $1,000

12 Sessions of an hour to an hour and a half integrated attachment theory sessions.

12 Sessions - $1,000

Three months of weekly 1-hour sessions is the best way to receive the support that will assist you in reaching your goals. These sessions can either be held online, over the phone, or in person located in Spokane, WA. 

Your coaching package will include a personalized guided meditation that you can download and a Dragontree Rituals for Living Dreambook and Planner (mailed to you if our sessions are virtual).

You gain access to "clients only" content, including downloadable meditations, worksheets, and more. Plus, simple online appointment booking, and optional text/email reminders.

You qualify for a "pay in full discount," or set up an easy payment plan.
