It is a partnership where I (the coach) assist you (the client) in a wide range of life transitions, help you identify and reach your goals, work with you towards creating the life you desire in several areas of your life including, but not limited to livelihood/career, relationships, health/wellness, community connection, your passions/creativity/play, psychological/spiritual health/wellbeing, and financial goals.
We do this in several ways including, but not limited to, guided meditation, intension setting, creating structure (schedule), homework assignments for you to do between sessions, rituals/ceremonies, and me offering the space for you to just share what’s alive for you and listening to you, each session is unique to the person, what’s going on for them and what their goals and reason for seeing a coach are. It is not mental health therapy (I will suggest a referral if this is where you need support, I can continue to work with you while you are also seeing a mental health therapist).
If you are outside my 24-hour cancelation timeframe, simply go online to Schedulicity (I've provided a link below for your convenience)to either cancel or reschedule your appointment or reservation.
If you need to cancel or reschedule and it’s less than 24 hours before your appointment, workshop, circle or ceremony, please contact me as soon as possible at (760) 566-5567. Please leave me a detailed message including your name, a phone number where I can reach you, the session, workshop, circle, ceremony, or other that you are registered for and a brief description on why you need to cancel your appointment or reservation.
As stated in my policies/agreements you agreed to, it is at the discretion of the practitioners/facilitators. to offer you a full or partial refund for a no show or late cancelation, so your credit card on file may be charged for the full or partial amount.
Yes, I do offer trade for services. If you are interested please submit an application and this will be considered. Upon approval, you will be sent a contract that goes over the trade/barter agreements. I typically only offer one trade for services at a time so there may be a waitlist.
